Dealing with reactive sticking fluids like adhesives and sealants are now easy with our products. Viscosity of fluid play important role in compounding and our equipment are able to handle every conditions of viscosity, from thin water to pastes. We provide equipments able to draw any volume of fluid needed; we can discharge various amounts as you require. We also provide programmable robot to ease your dispensing process.
Dispensing can be done for fluids of acrylic, brazing paste, epoxy, fluxes, glues and grease, silicone and silicone oils, et cetera. Our equipments are good adhesive dispenser, enable dispensing process and let them be a perfect compound. Driven manually, automatically and hydraulically equipments are available, it is you who choose the best equipment for your need.
Since compounding is not just mixing the desired fluids, our equipment also well prepared for MMD (Meter mix dispense) process. For small shot compounding you can choose the Posidot, our accurate product which accurately meter mix and dispense fluids in small drops (0.005 cc). PR 70 is another choice. Placed atop a bench, this equipment provides MMD process for much kind of fluids, with 1 cc accuracy. DL is more simple equipment, is easy to program, operate and calibrate, stand on its own. HR is the largest compounder, it can MMD, heat material and its hoses, and with its capacity, maximum delivering 50 lbs / minute, better used for mass compounding actions. These mentioned equipments are all able to be used as a two part polyurethane dispenser.
